Kickoff event with Silicon Valley Reads January 30, open 5:00 – 6:00 pm before the panel discussion and after from 8:00 – 9:00 pm
Reception with the artists Saturday March 1, live music and refreshments, 1:30-3:00 pm
Encoding Empathy will explore advancing technology and the human touch. The artists included use technology in innovative ways and reflect on a variety of human issues. The artwork will include digitally generated images blended into traditional paintings and printed on aluminum, 3D printed sculptures, co-biotically produced ceramics, and more.
